St Margaret's Church, Bagendon. 12th Century. Grade One Listed.
Described by www.britainexpress.com - "It is hard to imagine a more idyllic country church than St Margaret's Bagendon. The location is pure magic, one of the loveliest spots in the Cotswolds."
The hellebores are in full bloom, the mahonia smelling sweet and the daffodils are coming into flower anywhere that they are oiut of the wind.
The hedgerows are full of pussy willow and catkins and the rooks are starting to build. There's even frogs-spawn in the pond. Yes - it is too early and we are sure to get more more snow but in the meantime it's a delight to be at home and able to enjoy the garden.
